At Letterland, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
